They welcome feedback from anyone who has bought, owned and toured in a new or used caravan or motorhome since 1 January 2013. The surveys are now sponsored by Club Care Insurance, the insurance provider to The Camping and Caravanning Club.
Club members and other caravan and motorhome enthusiasts are invited to complete the 2017 surveys, with the results announced in January 2017, ready to help campers plan for the season ahead. Both surveys close on 16 October 2016.
The results will also be published in full in the March 2017 issue of Practical Caravan and April 2017 issue of Practical Motorhome, in the Club’s own February magazine and online at each of the three partners’ websites.
The surveys are long established and their results are highly regarded by caravanners, motorcaravanners, dealers and manufacturers.
The Motorhome Owner Satisfaction Survey was launched in 2004, and the Caravan version followed in 2012. Over the years, tens of thousands of caravan and motorhome owners have reported in depth on their experiences of buying, owning and using their outfit.
The results are essential reading for anyone considering buying a caravan or motorhome, new or used, whether from a dealer or private sale. The information and league tables of the best performing brands and dealers will be made available to all. It also provides valuable data for caravan and motorhome manufacturers to make use of when planning and improving their own products.
