in Press release
The school holidays are upon us so we've got together with DFDS Ferries to offer this one-off offer valid for bookings made between 29th July and 8th August only.
Camping Cheque is a flexible, simple voucher-type scheme for off-peak periods, saving up to 60% on the usual nightly rate. You buy Camping Cheques in advance at a flat rate of £13.95 per night, including electricity. Camping Cheques are redeemable on over 600 campsites across Europe (and the UK).
But it's an often overlooked secret that many participating campsites accept Camping Cheques during periods that we Brits would call high season. During school summer holidays, indeed. In fact over 90 campsites in France alone accept Camping Cheques from 20th August onwards.
This means you can enjoy a cut price holiday, with or without children, during August! Just bear in mind, if travelling with children a nightly charge applies which varies between campsites and is payable separately at each site.
To help make the point - and to make this a really unmissable deal - we've got hold of some amazing ferry prices from DFDS. These special rates allow us to give you exceptionally low prices right up until 5th September. See these examples.
7 night break (return ferry with 7 Camping Cheques)
For Motorhome - only £188
For Car & Caravan - only £202
Obtain your own quote by using our online quote and booking system or call 01580 214002

In this month's Caravan Club magazine, the Caravan Club/DFDS are advertising crossings at £37.00 each way for car and caravan, Sunday outward and Friday return, any sailing, and the Camping Cheques would cost you £97.00 odd, - so you could do it for £171.75 plus the £30.00 for your dog - just 75p more than Brownmoor!!!!!!!!!!!
If anyone's interested I've got a list of those Camping Cheque sites which accept them during the school holidays. I can email it to anyone who'd like a copy.
