Refundable noise deposits

Just seen this on a website and wondered if you would accept this or if indeed you do normally.

I think in fairness we would have lost that deposit many times over :)

There is nothing to really see or find. I saw it on a campsites terms and conditions that a 50 euro noise deposit would be required and refunded if you didn't break the noise rules which I assume is noise after 11pm although that wasn't really clear.

I would feel like I was walking on egg shells if I went to shower block after 11 or opened the caravan door with the t.v on etc

So the question is would you pay it, I wouldn't. We have been to loads of campsites and just accepted that we keep the noise down and the campsite would deal with any that didn't
