The maker (Trio) doesn't appear to exist anymore & I cannot find a manufacturers web site.

hi,

as far as im aware the awning sizes start from lowest figure to next size up.....i.e. 975 to 1000.....1000 to 1025 etc.(25cm increments)

isabella do it differently...there figure represents the central measurement i.e. 1000 is 988cm to 1012

ask this guy here...hes very helpful

Hi,

We are also looking to buy a Trio Mexico awning. Here is a link to trio PDF and their website. http://www.trio-sport.com/TRIO0809.pdf http://www.trio-sport.com/.

Our caravan measures 982cm according to manufacturer as its based on a sterling europa 565, so we were recommended to buy a 975 as this covers up to 986cm, however our dealer measured our van at 992cm and the 975 does not fit. This is really frustrating as now we need to change the awning to a size 1000, which goes from 988cm to 1012cm.

Here is a size chart. Hope this helps you not to come across the problem we have had with fitting.

Depending on what size you need, you can pick up a bargain at Glossop caravans. They have stock rescued from a fire and are selling it cheap. They aren't damaged in any way and they are between £200 and £400 cheaper than anywhere else. I just got one, 12 month warranty.

Hi Must add Rexton is not as good as S Max solo as S Max drives like a sports car. Better than my Isuzu solo but I am pleased with Rexton solo did not expect it to match S Max solo performance. Happy Caravanning Monty

This is just one of several previously busy forums that has slowed down, 365, caravans4you. caravan channel and probably others which I no longer look at to name a few. Caravan Talk and UKCampsites are still reasonably busy as is the Caravan Club forum but not the C&CC forum. I belong to a Bailey Motorhome Owner Group on Facebook which has almost a 1000 members and that is quite busy but its a dam awful way of finding things that weren't posted in the last two days. This sort of forum is better but as Gray suggests further up it is the Social Media side that is growing but not providing a very satisfactory way of keeping track. David
