Some good info on the Sanef website Rodders (link below). I have got a ATMB tag, but as yet not used it.

Mark, There are some good videos on Youtube that may give you some idea? We were considering one back in October when I retired. I didn't want a new one and at the time there was only one ex-demo for sale in Scotland. I was looking at the 4x4 194 HP Bi-turbo Automatic.

Andy, that is very odd. I can't think of another solution, other than asking them. I hope someone will be able to give you an answer?

Hi Andy, it may be worthwhile asking on the Fleetwood Owners Club website?

  7. oldsalt49 added an answer to a question Fleetwood Garland 165-5

    Hi Kirsty,

Is it anything like what is in my images below? Our's was a 1991 model, so likely to be more or less the same equipment.
Sadly it is so long ago, so my memory may play tricks on me. The water system was Carver and there may be a pump in a small covered recess near the water heater. I think the pump was permanently attached, unless it has been change for a more up to date version. I'm lost with the control panel, sorry.

There is a Fleetwood owners club website, so that may be your best option for manuals etc?

    Jill,

You need a utility called "iSkysoft Data Recovery". As long as the memory card hasn't been formatted it should find every file on the card and allow you to save them to your computer. I haven't tried it, but have used another program called "CardRecovery", but you have to pay $40 for it.

    Lute,

NR fibre poles are made by Campion which are also used by Isabella. If you look carefully at any Isabella fitting it has Campion moulded onto the plastic. Bill is right, the fillings are individual to the different awning manufacturers.

  14. oldsalt49 added an answer to a question Converting a "full" awning to a "combi/porch"

    Gary,

I have done exactly what you are thinking of doing. Mine is an NR Pullman 12ft full awning with fibreglass poles converted to a combination awning. It was quite a simple job, although I have improved the back pole by using a Isabella fitting. I think the finished job looks reasonably neat.

I'm not sure Graeme, but a mate of mine has fixed an awning rail to the side wall of his garage. Sadly I can't do the same, but it is a fantastic idea.

Gary, I had one of their motorcycle covers and they had it back twice to get me a perfect fit. They have excellent customer care.

  18. oldsalt49 added a post in a topic Have you noticed......

I have noticed a few on eBay that looked to be lightly damaged on a corner. But when you look closer, it is obvious that the floor has suffered damage too. I would assume that will have an effect on the insurance companies decisions to repair or write-off? The Pegasus 2 that we had was very easily dented even by rapping your knuckles, so hailstone damage was no surprise to me. The Bailey brochure stated the aluminium skin is impact resistant. Maybe it is to being head butted by a gnat possibly?

Of course, but that can be done at my leisure or when I get back home. My storage site is a mud bath at the moment, so I tend to leave it until after we return home.

I have a tailor made towing cover made by Specialised Covers, excellent fit and front marker lights visible through clear sections at the bottom. A little bit expensive, but it does the job of keeping mud off, protecting the windows and panels from stone damage.

You could be right? My mindset appears to be, that time in bed whiling away the day, is a wasted day!!

Incidently Metz, my Dad was in the Fleet Air Arm during the war too. He was with 848 Squadron on HMS Formidable in the Pacific. The squadron flew the Grumman Avenger Mk2
