We have a 4 ring cooker with grill and a very good oven, we're on holiday so have plenty of time to cook very good meals efficiently.  However our fridge could benefit from being a bit bigger so we could store more.
However thinking about that comment, it would mean we wouldn't buy fresh produce each day and I wouldn't have to take her shopping, if I didn't take her shopping she wouldn't buy me beer and the odd bottle of malt as a thank you.

Upon reflection I'm sorry but can't help

  2. Paul- added an answer to a question 12 volt hairdrier.

Have you compared the thickness of the caravans wires to that of the hair drier, it makes me wonder if 10a is overrated.
Its much the same if you have a 12v tv

To be fair the car driver was busy eating is lunch as well as driving, you can't expect him to be watching the road and watching where the crumbs go

I wonder if the caravan man was used to driving a BMW or Audi

  6. Paul- added a post in a topic Aldi caravan stuff in store TODAY

I bought some blue diamond when it first came out and couldn't get on with the smell, but I've just bought some of the aldi stuff and was pleasantly surprised with it's smell and its efficiency, so much so that I went back for some more and there it was, gone!

  7. Paul- added a post in a topic Lincolnshire getting tough with the overnighters

There is no law against cars parking on pavements, only local ones (there should be but there isn't). The law is only concerned if it's causing an obstruction as in blocking a pavement or the gap is too small for a double buggy or wheel chair, alongside dropped kerbs etc.

However they're looking into it, but don't hold your breath.

It's a shame as the motorhomes who freeloaded there long term have spoiled it for night fishermen too, we used a nearby cl and often parked the car on the terrace for night fishing.

Mine works fine when on Chrome, but when on IE I have to art about with buttons.

For those who have problems with Chrome, often removing Chrome completely and reinstalling it from their website will get it back to full speed.

Click on reply to a post and then click the square button at the top left in the blue bit, the section that has the fonts etc. then click the quote button on the post. Unclick the square button to add smilies

I think I've made that as clear as mud

  12. Paul- added a post in a topic Car Insurance...disparity again

I gave up with comparison sites a long while ago, I now use Rotherham insurance brokers at Wath-upon-Dearne, they've took all the hassle out of the car, caravan and house insurance and saved me more money than any of the comparison or go direct websites could

Other pluses are that they're only a phone call away and don't place you in queue, they can understand what I say and I can understand them

We never use site toilet or showers as we prefer to use our own, one of the reasons we like no facility sites
