CONSTITUTION
NAME
The name of the club is Touring and Tenting.

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
The aim and objective of the club is to encourage and promote recreational activities of touring caravan, motor home, tent or trailer tent owners who subscribe to the Touring and Tenting website at http://www.touringandtenting.com
MEMBERSHIP
Membership of the club is open to any touring caravan, motor home, tent, trailer tent owner or those with an interest in caravan and camping.
Upon membership a copy of the constitution and code of conduct will be available to read and agree with.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
Subscriptions are not payable for membership of Touring and Tenting
TRUSTEES
The Trustees have been elected by vote by the members.
Interest in land may be acquired by purchase, lease or licence by the Trustees for the purpose of holding rallies or meetings as permitted by legislation or by Local Planning Authorities or for any other club activities.
Touring and Tenting will consult with all relevant Local Authorities regarding any rally sites we are considering and will not use any site to which a Local Authority objects. All rallies held under the exemption certificate will be less than 28 days in duration.
COMPLAINTS
Internal ? all complaints within Touring and Tenting should be made in writing to the Founder and/or Co-Founder who will ensure that the complaint is investigated. All reports and letters associated with the complaint must name individuals and specific incidents.
External ? all complaints received from external organisations and/or individuals should be referred immediately to the Founder and/or Co-Founder who will ensure that the complaint is investigated.
EXPULSION
The Founder and/or Co-Founder may withdraw membership from any member whose conduct is deemed to be injurious to the character or interests of Touring and Tenting
INTERPRETATION OF RULES
The Founder and/or Co-Founder shall be the sole authority for the interpretation of these rules.
