I have noticed quite a lot of vans with a trim running through the awning rail on the other side to the door.
We wondered if this might stop our problem of drips hitting the water container.
What is the main purpose of these and where can you get them from. Do they need to be pulled through each time the van is used or are they fixed.

And jolly good they are as well, think I paid 20 notes for a prepackaged 12 mtr length, chopped that in half and it just about does the horizontal length of me van, since putting it in there, no more black streaks.http://www.towsure.c..._Rail_Protector, thats cheesed me off, 3 quid less at towsure.
