Just looked on autotrader, seems to be several sub 70,000 miler Grand Cherokee's there, 3.1 td's as well. Only reason I looked was with petrol going forever skyward, going to change my petrol grand cherokee for something else, at the moment it's a toss up between another Jeep, but a weasal, or a Merc E320 cdi, decisions decisions Posted Image Posted Image

The narrow side is what my wife doesn't like about it and your comments about the power and kerb weight mean they fall off the list - Thanks

Glad to be of assistance. There are so many potential tow cars out there now, anything that helps narrow the choice is hopefully useful.

Regards

Tom

The Hyundai Terracan has a lot of Mitsubishi Pajero/Shogun in it's DNA - styling is 2nd generation Pajero but mechanically a mix of 2nd and 3rd generations.

A much under-rated car, like many Hyundai's Posted Image

Heaven is where the police are British, the cooks Italian, the mechanics German, the lovers French, and it is all organised by the Swiss.

Agree with the Terracan comments. In my humble opinion one of the best all round 4x4 packages and bang for buck motors about.

Get yourself a petrol V8 Grand Cherokee, Cheap as chips so you have some cash left for petrol. Riddled with toys, PLUS they are that fast nobody can really thrash them, You dont need a pencil to work out what it will tow, Plus either leave your window down a little when starting engine, or going through a tunnel and you will NEVER want to leave it at home LOL
