Please be very careful opening your envelopes with your tickets in (they are going into the post tomorrow)
The tickets are in 2 halves and are not valid if split but they are very delicate and come apart very easily
So be careful opening them
let me know if you have any problems

A friend of mine received his tickets in the post and both were already seperated.
He e mailed the show organiser and asked what to do as it states on the ticket "Invalid if seperated"
They replied that it shouldn't be a problem if he had both sides of the ticket which are numbered.
As the tickets allow entry to both shows and are joined together. I think it's to stop someone using one side of the ticket to enter via the Boat & Caravan show & another to enter via the Outdoor show.
Does that make sense?
Anyway it appears that if you have both sides of the tickets it shouldn't be a problem.

Has anyone else had an email from Lady bailey with this message "To contact Simon or Chris while at the show please call our show hotline number on xxxx where we will also get you in for free." As one of the unlucky ones in the T&T draw for tickets I'm wondering if this will get me in
but I don't want to arrive at the NEC and find it doesn't work!

Been informed by the organisers that yes, as long as you have both halves will be fine
