Did this last night for the first time, amazing workout and you dont feel like your working out, cos its dancing too

Blimey hard work but such fun

Im lucky Ive found a dance instructor who runs classes every night, so it fits in with everyone and what I like is that you are so busy watching the instructor that you dont take any notice of what others are doing and they dont take any notice of you

Wonderful, looking forward to next Tuesday now :cheering:

A bit early to say perhaps but I've watched the video several times today yet don't even feel out of breath!

I'll try watching again tomorrow but somehow I think I'll stick to watching my "Jane Fonda Jiggling About" DVD instead.

Im off to an outside class this afternoon, it's a taster for folks, there will be 4 instructors on a stage with a dj, for 40 minutes of Zumba. It's in Garons Park in Southend at 2pm.
