Just wondering if there is a rally planned for October and if so when it would be taking place?  I'm trying to tie up the school holidays between here and down south.

Half term down here in Hampshire is 24-31 Oct

Is anybody else interested in an October rally ?  We'd be happy to travel a bit further than normal if we're away for a week - any suggestions for sites nearer to the frozen north ?

(I suspect that hard standings might be useful !)

Happy to go anywhere there is hard standings, think the midlands or Norfolk would be nice as long as we get somewhere with a hall.

Cheers

errmm. no.gif  I dont think many of the t&t ralliers would go if they didnt have ehu, as all the past rallies  have always had ehu. Some on here have tried telling them its ok without it and that they dont need it but they dont  believe.  lol.gif

Went here about 7 years ago when it was just a couple of fields, the toilets were portacabins and the blocks were being built, but it was a lovely site even then.  Don't recall any hardstandings and I know that the T & T'ers like to be kept clear of mud!  October can be trifle wet!  The walkng and cycling around the villages was lovely, as was the local pub.

We might even try to make a rally this October, especially if it's here, our half term is 26-30 October, although Kieron has left school now and may not want to come, even if he is still around.

A week at the end of October suggests to me that yes, it does have to have EHU. rain.bmp  cold2.gif
