thought we would visit mother in law, as we couldn't attend rally, found north wales a bit windy, cob webs landed in ireland .... where has this years good weather gone? think I missed it in a quiet moment. oh well , always next year

Games section ^New
Click on games and choose a game to play
Add a game to your profile:
Go to games, click on you favourite game, when open you will see add to favourites on the right hand side. Click that to add it to your profile
Challenge other members:
Go to the games section to the far right of each game you will see "challenge" punch in the name of the member you want to challenge and you should be good to go

Maps

The maps are now working in your profiles and the main map

Profiles When a member visits your profile they will see a map of your location. This info is just of the area, not specific. For example mine just points to Southend. http://www.touringandtenting.com/crowd/markf You can click the tag to see more info

Map page http://www.touringandtenting.com/crowd/geomap

This shows all members. Zoom and pan in to enlarge the UK map to see the areas we come from. Again you can click the tags to find out the members name

Its mainly to help you see if there are any members who live near you, its also very helpfull if you want to invite people or plan LMUs

blue tags blokes, pink tags girls, orange unknown

You may find the page slow loading the first time you visit but after that it should be fine

A Quiet day for a change

I'm at work and our print room has gone strangely quiet. It's also bloomin freezin today but that could be because I have a horrible cold just now as well.

The sun is shining outside but they say there could be snow on the hills. Looks like winter could arrive early this year! As long as it's dry for the October rally and we don;t get flooded again.

I'm still recovering from the weekend at Chirk but in a nice way and we had arealy great time. It was lovely to see veryone again. Felt like so long since we had seen certain people who were there. Hopefully everyone will be at the rally.

Nothing else much to say just now so will sign off and come back when I have something more interesting to say.

Each image has its title is and who the photographer is, I used to ask photographers all over the world for their permissions and will start to do that again

I have missed it very much and have been asked a lot for its return

New years rally - trying hard

Im chasing once again, spoke to a very nice chap, the manager there, who will talk to the owner again.

Then the phone got cut off, and it keeps making a funny noise, will have to phone Virgin and find out whats happening, all our internet and TV is fine

Still I can email the owner and hopefully push in that direction

A little sad to be home, we enjoy going to France so much, although we were worried about the car the whole time, we still got around, perhaps not as much as usual but it didnt cramp our style too much

Very pleased to see our eldest daughter, Kim, and the cats

Not glad to be back at work tomorrow

Ferry is booked for Sunday and we cant wait

We have just started making preparations for it, yesterday went out with the girls and bought a new airbed for Gabriella to sleep on in the tent. And we hit a few clothes shops for last minute stuff

She needs a one piece swimsuit for when she wears her wetsuit for Cornwall, which is where she is off to after a week with us in Paris, we cant find one anywhere!

We are all drained this week after the wedding, it was a great day but so tiring.

Still only 2 whole days and 3 sleeps and we are off

Well I hope it is

Yesterday, I went with the girls and next doors family, ie bride, mother and grandparents, to the hall that we are using for the wedding on Tuesday, the MIL booked it, but we didnt know what was going on, and only just found out on Wednesday that we couldnt get into the hall until 2pm and the wedding is at 4pm

Panic set in. So we asked to see the hall

It was great and we are all very happy now.

But instead of seeing lots of peoples faces when the bride comes back from the hairdressers, which I was really looking forward to, I wont be there I shall be down the hall decorating.

Cant get back to doing the dress until tomorrow, talk about cutting it fine!

I must chill......... I must chill........

Marks found out about the car, 1200 quoted or maybe more, they dont really know whats going on with the car. Lots of decisions to be made

The dress is being re-done at the top, my bride has lost considerable weight and the dress is now too big round the boob area, Annette, being our resident wedding dress seamstress has given me some advice and is sending me some essential bits to improve things. Thanks Annette, let me know how much the postage is too

Today I have to be waxed, as my lady is off on holiday on Saturday and is back while Im away, so this is probably the last waxing for 4ish weeks, scary stuff

Wow is it hot today or what?

Had a fitting for my bride last night, I am not happy with the bodice of the bottom dress, I need to adjust it to give it more umph, it is all boned, which you would think would do it but there is something wrong with it

Im hoping to talk to Annette today to see what she suggests

The wedding is on Tuesday!!

It looked great on her, just lacked that special something for her shape.

She loves it

But I shall see what I can do, I have all day today and the weekend!!
