Good idea Bob!
I'll start - at present Lindemans Bin 50 Shiraz down from £7.50 (ish) to £4.99 a bottle in Tesco.
A beautifull Australian Shiraz, rich dark fruit flavoured, full bodied and typical of it's variety. Very well balanced with just a pleasant hint of tannins.
ABV 13.5%
Heidi is enjoying a bottle as we speak. My (new and still novel) fitness regime is making me abstain
just goes to show not everything is as it seems in a supermarket!
Lindemans Bin 50 has never been anywere near 7.50 a bottle i know a place that sells it at ã4.98 all year round or 2 for 9.00 !!
Very nice wine though (so im told)

I'll agree with that Kevin - It's a nice drop but being half Yorkshire I've only ever bought it when it's been cheap !
I've got this thing about Aussie wines - it hurts to spend more than 4-5 on a bottle ! (If somebody else was paying I might try some of their ã90 a bottle stuff though !)

It is always circa £7 except when on special.
Just a shame said shop is 200 miles or so from my home. Will have to try mail order next time I need bulk as at 2 for £9 that is very good!
Well we tried a few (!) bottles with friends last night. I was very nice as Chris (my mate) can testify as his head is "about to come off it's hinges" today he told me!
