From your profile/my account you can do most things, once you register you will see a tab saying "My Account" this is your main profile page
Along the top you will see tabs

Settings Here you can change your account settings and customise your profile how you want it. Background,text color etc
Messages Here you can pick up your messages and send and receive crushes
Submit items Upload pictures, write blogs, create polls and quizes
My items Edit,update delete the above
Friends Drag and drop friends into you profile display, check requests,pending etc
Favourites Add favourites
Bulletins Add webwide bulletins, answers should go to your inbox
Invite Invite and manage friends
My Page
Profile Main parts of you profile, check whois in chat etc
Gallery Upload photos
Blogs Create blogs
Guestbook Your own guestbook
Friends and favourites As above
Chat and Instant messenger
Open chat or browse whats going on in chat in your profile
OpenInstant Messenger and chat to friends online

Not sure how this will work yet but you get points for doing stuff, this is a chance for PB to regain his gils
